Qualifications:

2+ years in managing administrative project requirements: Pay Applications; Insurance; Change Order submittals; RFIs; Project Schedules; Weekly Progress Reports; Reporting Budget vs.

Actual.
2+ years using an ERP or software in project management and scheduling.
Knowledge of steel, stainless steel or aluminum materials, processes and finishes.

Abilities:

Coordinate the steps for multiple projects in varying stages.
Use critical thinking skills to determine priorities regarding the level of activity needed to achieve project goals, detail oriented.
Conversation skills to collect information from the client and others in order to successfully discern the total project scope.
Negotiation skills when dealing with changes, issues and scheduling conflicts relative to the scope without affecting contract value.

Drive activity based on customer requirements, contract requirements, concerns and risks within the authorization given to the Project Coordinator by management.

Duties include the following:
⦁ Oversee all Fabrication jobs which could require field work.
Execute project specific information using external and internal data.
Manage subcontractors.
Ensure project meets customer requirements and ISO quality standards, exceed customer expectations.
⦁ Manage labor hours.
⦁ Negotiate billings with GC and assist AR with formulating Pay Application.
⦁ Confirm certified payroll as required.
⦁ Solicits and maintains communication with subcontractors and vendors.
⦁ Oversee all Installation projects.
Contact customers and check on job status.
Communicate with QMF on production schedule in order to meet deadlines.
Assist with Field measurements as needed.

Manage all requirements as needed:
safety, badging, hours, etc.
Ensure work is done properly.
Request Project Completion Form.
Hold Debrief as needed.
⦁ Communicate with Estimating if Change Order is required.
⦁ Communicate with Engineering as needed.
⦁ Assist QC in maintaining compliance with ISO/AISC certification requirements.
⦁ Review submittal details before submitting for approval.
⦁ Track lead times of special material.
⦁ Manage mockups and samples required by the contract documents.
⦁ Prepare closeout documents i.e. warranty, data sheets, certified payroll etc.
⦁ Assist sales in Contract review.
⦁ Schedule and prepare handoff documents and meeting.
⦁ Track and manage RFI's and Change orders.
⦁ Attend Project meetings on-site and/or via teams to gather in-process scope and schedule information.
