We are looking for a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time for the IGK (Industrial, Commercial and Municipal Damage) department at our Würzburg IGK branch in Randersacker.

Your responsibilities:

· Receiving damage reports over the phone
· Creating and monitoring quotes, orders, and invoices
· Scheduling and coordinating restoration workers and project managers
· Documenting project-related costs

What we expect from you:

· Completed commercial apprenticeship
· Dedicated, stress-resistant work ethic and team spirit
· Organizational skills, cost awareness, and assertiveness
· Good written and spoken German
· Proficiency in MS Office products
