Central point of contact for the customer and their employees

Quality and performance control, as well as optimization of operational processes

Acquisition, preparation of offers, calculation of maintenance and operator orders

Coordination of subcontractors and own employees

Preparation of documentation and reporting, as well as warranty tracking

This is what you bring

Technician or master in the field of supply (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) or electrical engineering, or completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC, electrician, electronics technician, electrical engineer or equivalent

First experience as an object manager or in a similar position within technical facility management desirable

Basic understanding of business administration
