    Are you a skilled administrative professional with a knack for organization and technology? Our client, an insurance defense law firm, is looking for a Law Firm Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients while assisting with administrative and accounting tasks. This role is perfect for someone exploring a potential career path as a legal secretary

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor at the front desk, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
    • Manage phone system is a timely, accurate, friendly and professional manner.
    • Manage timesheets for attorneys, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoice processing, billing, and expense tracking.
    • Handle filing and data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
    • Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Required:

    • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
