    Overview

    Aspen Grove Capital, LLC is a registered investment adviser and multi-family office with offices in Avon and Denver, CO.

    Our firm is seeking the right candidate to join the Family Office Services team as an entry level Client Services Analyst.

    The new operations focused role will report to the Managing Director of Family Office Services and will ultimately be a critical member of the relationship management team for ultra-high net worth clients.

    Job Responsibilities


    The Client Service Analyst will primarily be responsible for assisting the Family Office Services team with financial and operational tasks and projects for ultra-high net worth clients.

    Below is a listing of detailed job responsibilities including, but not limited to:

    Support the Family Office Services team on family office client relationships.
    Execute administrative tasks, bill pay and lifestyle services for assigned clients with a focus on high-touch, seamless service.
    Partner with other internal teams on client service processes and workflow.
    Prepare agendas and follow up for client calls and meetings.
    Drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt follow-up on client issues, and proactive problem solving.
    Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key client intermediaries such as estate managers, chiefs of staff, and executive assistants.
    Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all matters.

    Education, Experience and Skills

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous projects, set and meet attainable deadlines
    High level of initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
    Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills as well as problem-solving, financial analysis and research abilities
    Candidate must demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude, as well as maintain the confidential nature of client relationships and work product
    Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting package preferred but not required
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
    Impeccable background and reference check

    Compensation & Benefits


    Salary:
    $70,000

    Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
