    Job Overview:

    Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Private Dining Program Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Private Dining Program Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing private dining inquiries and reservations across our various restaurants. You will be responsible for utilizing Tripleseat and OpenTable software to efficiently handle inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure seamless execution of private events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Manage all aspects of private dining inquiries and reservations for multiple restaurants within Cunningham Restaurant Group.
    2. Utilize Tripleseat and OpenTable software to track, organize, and manage private dining bookings effectively.
    3. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential private dining, providing detailed information about available spaces, menus, and pricing.
    4. Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure proper execution of private events.
    5. Maintain accurate records of private dining bookings, including guest details and special requests..
    6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote private dining offerings and generate new business opportunities.
    7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
    8. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize private dining revenue and occupancy.
    9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve our private dining experience.
    Desired Skills, Experience & Qualities:
    1. Prior experience in private dining coordination or event planning role.
    2. Proficiency in Tripleseat and OpenTable software is required.
    3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
    4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    7. Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
