We are currently seeking a Team Lead SAP Competence Center (m/f/d) for our IT department at our locations in Cologne and Linz am Rhein.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing a team of 15+ inhouse SAP consultants, both in terms of their professional and disciplinary growth
Ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of our SAP applications with the support of your team and external service providers
Coordinating and managing (partial) projects in the SAP environment to ensure their successful implementation
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive release and run concept and working with the team to analyze, optimize, and enhance our SAP solutions
Supporting and motivating the business departments in their use of SAP, whether onpremise or in the cloud, for integration, individual development,
