Your Tasks with Us


  • Administration of SaaS solutions: Maintenance and optimization of SaaS solutions such as groupware, project management, and workflow automation tools.
  • Security management: Implementation of security policies, including patch management, password policies, and two-factor authentication.
  • Rights and user management: Adjustment of user rights according to the least privilege principle and conducting on- and off-boardings.
  • Team communication: Onboarding and support of users in SaaS solutions.
  • Service provider coordination: Troubleshooting in collaboration with external service providers.
