Le Parc National des Virunga est le plus ancien Parc National d'Afrique et contient la plus grande diversité biologique de toutes les zones protégées du continent. Abritant 2 000 espèces de plantes, 706 espèces d'oiseaux et 218 espèces de mammifères, le Parc National des Virunga est le seul parc au monde à abriter trois espèces de grands singes, à savoir : les chimpanzés, les gorilles de plaine et les emblématiques gorilles de montagne. Environ un tiers de la population mondiale restante de gorilles de montagne vit sur les flancs de volcans éteints dans le secteur sud du parc.
Afin de renforcer ses efforts de conservation, l'Institut Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature (ICCN) a noué un partenariat avec Virunga Foundation (VF), une ONG de droit britannique, qui appuie l'ICCN dans la gestion du parc. Afin d'ancrer la conservation du PNVi dans un cadre durable au bénéfice des communautés environnantes (5 millions de personnes dont 70% vivent sous le seuil de pauvreté tel que défini par la Banque Mondiale), VF a lancé un vaste programme de développement socio-économique dans la Province du Nord-Kivu, nommé Alliance Virunga. Outre la conservation du Parc, VF a établi 4 priorités de développement : l'électricité (VE), l'appui à l'entrepreneuriat et développement (VD), l'agriculture (VA) et le tourisme (VT).
Exigences et responsabilités de la fonction
Au sein de l'entreprise Virunga Développement, succursale de l'ONG Virunga Fondation, vous serez chargé de diriger l'ensemble des activités de deux usines, coordonner leur maintenance et garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de production dans le respect des contraintes de qualité, sécurité et coût.
A cet effet, vos missions seront de :
Planifier et superviser les opérations de deux usines; à savoir une minoterie de blé de 50 tonnes par jour ainsi qu'une ligne industrielle de production de biscuit de 250 kg par heure.
Gérer une équipe de production et de maintenance dans l'atteinte des objectifs fixés ; instaurer des procédures de maintenance préventive des machines. Assurer un stock de pièces de rechange et les gérer de façon professionnelle.
Gérer et contrôler les stocks de matières premières et s'assurer de leur disponibilité permanente en fonction des plannings de production ; en coordination avec el département agriculture.
Veiller à l'amélioration de manière continue des systèmes et processus de l'usine (Production, maintenance, etc.); Spécialement l'amélioration des rendements, la définition de nouveaux produits, la recherche et le développement de la qualité intrinsèque des produits finaux.
Assurer la conformité des activités des usines avec les politiques et principes de la compagnie, normes légales et internationales sur l'environnement, hygiène, sécurité physique etc.
Participer au recrutement du personnel à la rétention des compétences à la formation continue du staff de production.
Garantir la continuité des opérations par une gestion efficace des relations avec al Direction et les partenaires.
Effectuer les rapports de production et de stocks à destination de la direction.
En coordination avec le département sécurité, coordonner les transports des matières premières selon nos différents stock de vente à travers le Nord-Kivu
Coordonner les besoins du site en matière de ravitaillement nourriture et autres besoins primaires pour les employés logeant sur le site de Lubéro.
Diplôme d'ingénieur industriel, d'ingénieur civil, d'ingénieur de production, ou tout autres formations techniques en lien avec la fonction.
Expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans la transformation agricole de blé, pomme de terre et huile de palme brute et raffinée.
Expérience en Afrique et en RDC si possible.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base (Word, Excel, etc.).
Connaissance des procédures de l'UE en matière de passation des marchés. Connaissance des standards et procédures du Programme Alimentaire Mondial est plus.
Connaissance du Français et/ou du Swahili obligatoire. L'Anglais est un plus.
