You work with colleagues at every stage of their career, from new employees to managers.

Your main responsibilities

Providing training and coaching that meets Amazon's standards
Reviewing and improving completion rates for training at the location in collaboration with managers and employees/team members
Gathering feedback and highlighting areas where the training experience can be streamlined or optimized
Collaborating with teams to identify further training and development needs
Assisting in reviewing crosslocation metrics, such as those related to safety, quality, and process efficiency
Training and coaching employees/team members who can serve as "ambassadors" to also offer coaching and training to teams on site

Key job responsibilities
Basic qualifications

Experience in clear communication, including proven experience with group training and creating related information and training materials
Experience with group training and creating related information and training materials
Experience working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
Advanced German language skills
Advanced English language skills
