Your Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating our construction projects in the field of turnkey construction at Virginia Lakes
- Organizing and leading construction sites, including coordinating personnel and subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and health regulations
- Monitoring adherence to quality and deadline requirements
- Being a competent point of contact for clients, authorities, and employees
Your Profile
- Completed engineering degree or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey construction, including personnel responsibility
- Technical, commercial, and contractual knowledge, particularly regarding regulations, standards, and guidelines in construction and turnkey construction
- Strong focus on cost and results
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project-specific applications
