    QUALIFICATIONS

    • PREFERABLY WITH DRIVERS LICENSE 1 OR 1,2 OR 1,2,3
    • PREFERABLY NO 35 AND ABOVE AGE
    • MUST HAVE A NATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF FORKLIFT OPERATOR
    • AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL/ VOCATIONAL/ COLLEGE LEVEL/ COLLEGE GRADUATE
    • FIT TO WORK
    • WILLING TO UNDERGO TRAINING
    • WILLING TO WORK ON SHIFTING SCHEDULE
    • WILLING TO RENDER OVERTIME
    SCOPE OF WORK- LEADER


    • Daily monitoring of attendance
    • Assist in the daily checking of health status and conditions of the members.
    • Conducts pre-shift meeting
    • Handles the issuance and disposal of personal protective equipment
    • Writes and turnover updates in the section log book
    • Joins the I-hour check and 5S patrol implementation
    • Ensures compliance to daily standards and requirements
    • Ensures the safety and quality of work of the outsourced team members
    • Assist in ensuring that all service provider team members are fit to work and have undergone the required orientation and training before endorsement to end-user
    • Handles the manual overtime filing and shuttle request coordination
    • Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of accidents and report-making in the
    absence of the Supervisor


    • Conducts spot-checking using the work standard documents
    • Check areas for abnormalities such as parts/materials, pallet stock, unsafe condition, mysterious parts, improper location of equipment, tool, non-conformance on standardized work, quality standard and Kanban system
    • Attends ASAICHI meetings of end-user whenever necessary
    • Reports any abnormality to the end-user
    • Updates the KPI boards (Gentanj, Forklift, Towcar, Rack, cart, Chutes,
    Local Supplier KPI)


    • Conduct man-hour monitoring
    • Handles tasks related to 3 Pillars certification of the section
    • Fills in the position of the absent team member if ever necessary
    • Handles the Gentani Updating
    • Ensures proper 5S of area (Floor, ceiling, parts racks, carts, chutes, fence, etc.)
    • Ensures 0M activity (tow car, forklift)
    • Updates the Leader's Control Board (Henkaten-Man, Machine,
    Method, Material)


    • Prepare production report data such as plan vs. actual time and investigate the cause
    of the Delay


    • Monitoring of import arrival for unloading
    • Assists help call of tms
    • Printing and posting of monthly monitoring sheet
    • Participates and supports the HiyarriHatto, KYT activity
    • Implementation of observed items for improvement
    • Assists in parts robbing (RTM, CVJ, RC60, Front Axle)
    • Assists in the unloading of import parts (MSP / JSP)
