As a recruitment agency, we are looking for you as a
Logistics and Assembly Team Leader (m/f/d) in a permanent and direct position with our client, a renowned medium-sized company in Larkfield-Wikiup, CA.

Our client supports the federal Digital Pact and supplies over 1,000 schools and authorities nationwide with innovative digital displays, modern presentation technology, as well as digital and analog teaching and learning materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

- professional, disciplinary and organizational leadership of the logistics and assembly teams
- solution-oriented contact with customers, colleagues, suppliers or business partners
- receiving, booking and storage of incoming goods
- picking, assembling and packaging of outgoing goods
- coordination of external logistics partners and handover of goods deliveries
- organization and implementation of the external "summer warehouse"
- disposition of packaging and shipping materials
- booking and processing of complaints, returns and exchanges
- management and implementation of inventory
- responsibility for a smooth assembly of interactive touch displays
- implementation of ISO9001 for the logistics department in cooperation with the QMB
- further development of process documentation
- evaluation of existing process flows, in collaboration with management

Your qualifications:

- first leadership experience in a responsible or deputy position
- professional experience / further education in the mentioned areas
- independent and precise way of working
- enjoyment of planning, organizing and scheduling
- enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- good user knowledge of merchandise management systems (
