Job Description:


Responsibilities:


The Field Service Representative will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions on various systems of the M2A3 and M3A3 vehicles, including the Hull, Turret, communications, armaments, Blue Force Trackers, and future upgrade systems.


They will also be responsible for maintaining records of repairs, inspections, and tests and ensuring compliance with applicable Army Regulations and Technical Manuals.


The Field Service Representative will promote and teach quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.


They will also be responsible for developing and implementing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in accordance with customer guidance and regulatory requirements.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 11 years of recent specialized experience inspecting and/or performing maintenance on M2A2, M2A3, M3A3, and related system upgrades
  • Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions on all systems of the M2A3 and M3A3, including the Turret system, VTA903T diesel engine, Combat Propulsion Systems, Power-Pack system, suspension, steering, and hydraulic systems, and Line Replacement Units/Modules for weapon systems
  • Familiarity with repair and replacement functions of Line-Replacement Units/Modules on the M2A3 and
