You will work in one of the 7 teams of the Central Diakonie Station. We base our services on the needs of our clients - always with a human, individual and professional approach.

For our Diemelsee team, we are currently looking for a:

Team Leader (m/f/d) in Diemelsee

Your tasks:

Management and leadership of the assigned team
Preparation, implementation and followup of team meetings
Shift and route planning, taking into account relevant legal requirements and work instructions
Evaluation of nursing documentation during case discussions
Coordination and optimization of work processes
Competent execution of nursing according to SGBXI and V
Prescription management
Proper recording and invoicing of services
Counseling and guidance for care recipients and caregivers
Participation in the development of the Diakonie Station

Your profile:

You have completed training as a nursing professional or health and nursing professional with work experience
You may have completed further training as a nursing service manager
You are a team player and creative
You have good communication skills with care recipients
You work in a professional and structured manner
You are empathetic and qualityconscious
