    Role Description

    This is a full-time onsite role for a Human Resources Generalist at Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine in Atlanta, GA. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and payroll processing. UKG or Ultipro experience is a HUGE plus. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as handling employee inquiries, maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, and supporting the HR team in various HR initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR policies
    • Managing Payroll and Benefits are required
    • Experience in HR management and benefits administration
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
