    Job Description:


    Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accountsBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsOverseeing customer account management, including negotiating MSAs and contracts to maximize profitabilityDeveloping trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsuring timely and successful delivery of our service lines according to customer needs and objectives working in partnership with Project Management and Service LinesClearly communicating the progress of monthly/ quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining Strategic Account Plan for each assigned account to include Operational Delivery objectives, Financial objectives, Key Metrics/ SLAs, relationship mapping, competitor analysis, etc.

    Developing new business with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targetsManaging issue escalations with assigned customersDeveloping/ enhancing/ managing governance structure with assigned accountsRequirements:
    Bachelors Degree in Science, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field10 years of experience in Account Management or related fieldProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Project Manager or relevant roleProven work experience in life sciences industry - CRO, pharma, biotech, other service providerDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software, and MS Office (particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills
