Piltzville, MT is seeking a Junior Superintendent Dry Dock (f/m/d) to join our team.

Our unit specializes in marine operations and strives to provide the highest standards of safety, health, environmental protection, and compliance for cruising.

Our focus is on promoting effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore.

With the goal of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence to support the company in defining and implementing a decarbonization strategy and addressing associated technological challenges.


As a Junior Superintendent Dry Dock, you will play a crucial role in preparing and executing for the Dry Dock season, with a focus on organizing and managing occupational health and safety activities.

You will also support in budget creation and management, as well as updating and enforcing OHS standards and procedures. Additionally, you will participate as part of the yard team in leading OHS processes during Dry Dock execution.


To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marine engineering, ship building, or ship operation (Master's degree is a plus).

You should also have at least one year of professional experience in ship handling or the shipyard business, as well as training in occupational health and safety.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
