As a team assistant (m/f/d), you support your team by taking care of administrative and organizational tasks in the project.

  • You apply for access for team members to various systems
  • You maintain the ticket system by creating tickets and ensuring that processes are followed
  • You help others use the ticket system JIRA and the knowledge platform (Confluence) beyond your team
  • You provide support for project management (compiling information, creating and/or editing documents)
  • You also take minutes at meetings

  • You have previous experience in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications
  • You enjoy teaching others, are friendly and communicative, and always keep an overview
