What you'll do:


  • Lead and manage the Corporate Strategy department.
  • Develop and continuously refine the company's vision, mission, and ambition, as well as a differentiated corporate strategy, in collaboration with key interfaces such as Controlling.
  • Ensure that insights from best practices, competition, consumers, and innovation are considered in decisionmaking processes within and outside the department.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for teams and managers from different areas of the company.
  • Coordinate and prepare highprofile presentations for the Management Board, including managing interfaces with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, if needed.
  • Manage selected strategic projects that contribute to the corporate strategy and support its implementation.
  • Oversee the companywide project portfolio and provide transparency and decisionmaking support for the implementation of the corporate strategy.
  • Act as a sparring partner for project teams, specialists, and managers from different areas of the company, and manage coordination processes between decisionmakers in project and portfolio decisions.
  • Provide operational support to the Group Strategy & Corporate Development division, including sparring with the entire leadership team and assisting the SVP Group Strategy & Corporate Development in preparing key presentations.
