Your Responsibilities:

Support for a defined organizational area, including advising managers and employees on all HR management topics
Coordination and execution of all administrative tasks in daily business
Maintenance of personnel management systems and continuous development of HR management processes
Independent execution of the entire recruiting process in the defined area of responsibility
Responsible for implementing tariffcompliant compensation for new hires
Support for HR projects and independent execution of HR projects
Handling of special tasks and participation in labor law sanctions
