We are looking for:
Your responsibilities:
- You are the communicative center of the dealership and the first point of contact for our customers, giving our dealership a "voice and face"
- Scheduling appointments for our workshop via phone and in person
- Preparing workshop orders according to the schedule
- Monitoring the workshop process and regularly reporting to the service management
- Welcoming customers at the branch and personally/telephonically directing them to the respective contact persons
- Preparing customer letters and participating in customer events
- Cash management
- Administrative tasks to support various departments at the branch
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a car dealership
- Several years of commercial work experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Excellent IT skills
- Organizational talent with a conscientious, careful, and independent work style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Confident demeanor and team spirit
- High level of commitment and willingness to work flexible hours
