Operating Room Nurse (m/f/d):

Grafton is recruiting on behalf of its clients for specialized and managerial positions across Europe.

For a renowned and state-of-the-art clinic in the heart of Coalville, IA, we are currently seeking a full-time Operating Room Nurse (m/f/d) to start immediately.

Your responsibilities as an Operating Room Nurse:

Preparing and setting up the operating room, including instruments, equipment, and implants, according to internal standards for planned surgeries in the fields of orthopedics, urology, gynecology, vascular, plastic, visceral, and spinal surgery
Assisting with instrument handling and passing instruments to the surgeon
Documenting procedures in the operating room
Assisting with patient positioning
Participating in quality management processes
Working in an interdisciplinary team and participating in early, late, and oncall shifts
Collaborating with various professional groups

Your profile as an Operating Room Nurse:

Completed training as an Operating Room Technician, Registered Nurse, or Medical Assistant
Ideally, you have a specialization in operating room nursing or have experience in this field
Quick comprehension and ability to work independently and take responsibility
High level of commitment and good time management, even during busy periods
Confident demeanor, team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
Willingness to contribute to process optimization
Proficient in using computers
