    Description

    We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator. Pay rate range depending on experience. $18-$25 onsite in San Gabriel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Construction, Service, HR, and Project teams, ensuring efficient management and administration.
    • Schedule appointments, manage dispatch, and oversee service technician coordination.
    • Procure materials, issue purchase orders, and handle billing and collections.
    • Develop and enforce company policies, conduct employee orientation, and oversee training programs.
    • Ensure compliance with Cal OSHA regulations and labor laws.
    • Conduct exit interviews and assist with accounting tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Previous administrative experience in HVAC, accounting, and human resources.
    • Proficiency in communication, math, and problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of HVAC materials, bookkeeping, and HR practices.
    • Organized, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor.
