- Directs phone calls to appropriate staff or voicemail system
- Welcomes all clients and guests to the firm. Makes sure clients are comfortable.
- Day to day management of vendors, including building management
- Assisting office management functions of ordering supplies, making sure office environment is clean and professional, and organized.
- Assisting onboarding for new hires/contractors
- Collect and sort all incoming mail and assist employees with outbound mail requests
- Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision and must be willing to work as a team player
- Strong interest in administration, operational management, and process improvement
- 1-2 years of corporate administrative or front office experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration
- An individual who can handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment
