- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Supervise Staff; work with HR on hiring and supervision issues
- Review and approve staff timecards
- Review and approve expense reports
- Supervise Paralegals, legal Secretaries and Office Staff
- Coordinate staff recruitment
- Oversee New Hire Orientation
- Coordinate workflow
- Prepare/Revise legal documents, correspondence and memoranda
- Knowledge of document management system
