- Work with departments to design menu and wine lists
- Select, train, lead, restaurant team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including monitoring costs and expenses
- Create and foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire and motivate staff
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
- 3+ years' work experience within food & beverage at a management level
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service is a must
- Experience with cost control, labor control and merchandising within a restaurant
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
