    Job Description

    The Quality Manager is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of warehousing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe working environment. They will establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems to measure and control quality in our processes.

    Qualifications
    • Oversee all quality assurance activities
    • Develop/Maintain ISO9001:2015 Standards
    • Facilitate Management Review meeting
    • Accountable for all Customer quality issues, Investigations and Corrective actions
    • Accountable for reviewing, controlling and distribution of all documents per ISO Standards
    • Creating and documenting new process
    • Document any process changes in the change management system working with process owners
    • Ensure quality of processes
    • Manage all material inspections and quality sorts
    • Accountable for collecting and reporting quality metrics for the site
    • Develop/Review FMEA's for all departments
    • Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
    • Responsible for ensuring that all quality personnel are trained to perform their respective job functions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
    • Develop, review and audit SOPs

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, professional, analytical or other work related to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) programs or operations is also required
