Quality Officer (m/f/d)

As a Quality Officer, you will act as a mediator between employees and management. Your focus will be on the current processes and production procedures of the company, which you will continuously develop and optimize in your role as Quality Officer.

Your responsibilities

  • Participation and professional guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy and objectives
  • Establishment of the QM system and ensuring that the QMS meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
  • Planning and coordination of changes to the QM system to ensure the integrity of the QM system is maintained when changes are made
  • Coordination of the development, updating, and further development of QM documents: QM manual, procedures, and other operational documents
  • Implementation of norm requirements in QM documents to ensure that the QM system meets the requirements of this international standard
  • Coordination of measures for quality improvement
  • Supplier evaluation and customer surveys
  • Coordination of audits and certifications within the company, planning audits
  • Training employees in Q-methods, such as Ishikawa, Pareto
