For our office in Hamm, we are looking for a Quality Management employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in food chemistry, food technology or a comparable degree program
Professional experience in similar positions (food or feed)
Comprehensive knowledge of IFS Food and QS systems and their implementation
Current HACCP/Food Defense knowledge
Knowledge in the field of feed law is advantageous
Solid microbiological, food chemical and sensory knowledge
Proficient in MS Office
Independent, resilient and able to work under stress
Strong communication skills and goal-oriented
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Flexibility with working hours Your responsibilities:
Preparation, execution and follow-up of system, standard, customer audits, veterinary inspections and internal audits
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements regarding quality, hygiene, product protection and safety, as well as action management
Creation, maintenance and management of the management manual and internal guidelines in coordination with the specialist departments
Processing of complaints
Implementation of feed-specific and customer-specific requirements
Preparation and execution of training and instruction
Establishment of hygiene guidelines and their monitoring, technical guidance of production departments
