    About the Role & Team

    Join an exciting team at Disney Financial Systems, where we work with top talent to create an innovative environment at the heart of The Walt Disney Company. As the Manager Financial Systems, you'll play a key role in overseeing record consolidation functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems, you will lead a team and contribute to the dynamic atmosphere.

    What You Will Do

    Define and drive long-term strategies for Disney Financial Systems, focusing on record consolidation processes. Lead the implementation of strategic plans, analyze metrics, and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership skills, excel in communication, and thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • 5+ years of team management experience
    • Experience in a large company and matrix organization
    • Ability to lead and develop versatile teams
    • Proficiency in leading medium to large scale projects and change initiatives
    • Skilled in project planning, estimation, and risk management
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CPA or CMA license
    • PMP or other project management certification
    • Six Sigma certification
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools
    • Background in end user training

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field

    Preferred Education

    Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
