    Our client, a leading global entertainment company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Financial Systems Manager on a hybrid basis.


    Contract – W2 Non-Exempt

    Pay Range: $85 - $92 per hour DOE

    Financial Systems Manager
    The Financial Systems Manager will provide project support for the SAP S4 migration supporting the Order-to-Cash process area. The Financial Systems Manager will provide project support for the SAP S4 migration supporting the OTC process area, including integration across the Segment & Enterprise.

    Duties:

    • Will be supporting Accounts Receivable/Order-to-Cash functions with enhancements and sustainment.
    • Support change management efforts through testing, documentation and training.
    • Partner with the clients to resolve system and process issues across multiple systems, follow the correct processing and accounting of financial data.
    • Ensure changes to financial data is properly documented and integrated within financial systems.


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of years leading change management efforts at the Enterprise, Segment and Business Unit levels of the organization
    • Minimum 3 years of staff management experience.
    • Extensive experience with process improvement, ability to learn new systems and with projects at the Enterprise, Segment or Business Unit level.
    • Experience working for large company and within a matrix organization
    • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
    • Experience in using SAP or another ERP
    • Experience in using Business Warehouse, Business Objects and/or Cognos reporting tools
    • Ability to demonstrate a strong business acumen
    • Experience implementing financial processes and systems
    • Experience using systems designed to manage issues, changes and testing (e.g. Service Manager, Rational Team Concert, ALM)
    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in an Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
    • CPA or CMA license, or equivalent
    • PMP or other professional project management certification
