JOB SUMMARY
The NCH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) ensures alignment and coordination of all NCH enterprise level activities to achieve NCH's mission of "helping everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life." The Director, EPMO Due Diligence and Strategic Alignment, is responsible for (1) supporting the development of system-level strategic planning, (2) defining and overseeing the due diligence and approval process for all proposed project ideas and (3) overseeing project sustainability and KPI reporting post project implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for supporting the development of system-level strategic planning, defining and overseeing the due diligence and approval process for all proposed project ideas and overseeing project sustainability and KPI reporting post project implementation.
· Oversees and leads the EPMO due diligence and strategic alignment team; provide resources they need to successfully complete due diligence and project sustainability operations.
· In coordination with the VP, supports the development of system-level strategic plans and aligns system-level strategy to EPMO project work.
· In coordination with the VP, develops and enacts due diligence workflows including but not limited to (1) required project documentation, forms, and checklist, (2) functional area review process (e.g., finance, IT), (3) approval workflows, and (4) strategic plan alignment templates.
· Develops and enacts project sustainability check in process and KPI reporting tools.
· Continuously evaluates due diligence, strategic alignment, and sustainability workflows and guidelines to identify new opportunities to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic business goals.
· Oversees project database; ensures the project database is updated on a regular basis based on EPMO guidelines.
· Oversees and establishes effective communication plans and mechanisms between project idea owners and operational teams (e.g., IT, finance).
· Oversees all projects in the due diligence and approval pipeline; ensures all projects have the standard due diligence documents (e.g., scope, resource requirements, strategic alignment, financial estimates, timelines) and adhere to the EPMO due diligence review and approval process.
· Oversees and collects preliminary project data and information. Stores data and deliverables in appropriate SharePoint project folders.
· Collects, analyzes, and verifies data related to assigned projects; (1) works with functional area leads to verify resource requirements (e.g., IT, finance) and (2)actively works with stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of ideas, resources, and timelines.
· Oversees the preparation of due diligence reports for executive review and approval.
· Coordinates and completes comprehensive due diligence handoffs to the EPMO activation and tracking team.
· For project sustainability, ensures defined KPI reports are maintained, develops project sustainability check list, supports training of functional area team, and creates handover timelines to functional area team post implementation.
· Regularly prepares dashboards and status reports for leadership regarding status of projects.
· Notifies VP of any identifiable project risk, obstacles, or barriers.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 10 years of experience OR Master's degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 7 years of experience required.
· Minimum of 5 years project or program management experience required; healthcare projects preferred.
· Prior supervisory experience is required.
· Knowledgeable of current trends in project management and project management tools.
· Candidates may work onsite in Naples, FL or be considered for a virtual position. If a virtual position is offered, the candidate may be required to travel onsite up to 25% of the time.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize based on deadlines.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures, processes, technology, and applications.
· Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
· Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and project management software.
