    Job Description

    Job DescriptionManage all aspects of procurement operations within Dental Clinic and Dental Lab, ensuring seamless acquisition of supplies and equipment.

    Develop and execute procurement plans to optimize costs while maintain a delicate balance between quality, necessary quantity and availability of supplies.

    Maintaining supplier relationships.
    Manage invoice processing, tracking meticulously, and maintaining up-to-date records for financial transparency.
    Systematically file invoice by type, location and period.
    Segregate Clinic and Lab invoices by location for weekly submission to the finance department.
    Monitor and analyze location specific budgets, providing comprehensive monthly expense reports.

    Foster strong communication channels with clinic assistants and Lab team to proactively identify material needs and mitigate potential shortages.

    Supervise the entire inventory lifecycle, navigating from requisition to final delivery. Receive supplies.
    Work closely with assistants and the responsible professional for the operatory rooms fulfillment, ensuring smooth operations.
    Conduct regular and through inventory assessments to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage effectively.
    Requesting quote/invoice, evaluate for approval request.

    Coordinate purchases, deliveries and ensure supplies are available, minimizing the need for express delivery and avoiding express delivery costs.


    Requirements:
    Excellent Time Management
    Proficient understanding of inventory methodologies, vendor relationship management, and inventory optimization.
    Exceptional Organizational Skills
    Strong Problem-Solving Skill
    Strong ability to thrive under pressure.
    Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet, inventory management and reports.
