Job Description

The Finance Department is seeking a remote Finance & Accounting Associate who will be responsible the Accounts Receivable function and related projects.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

Generate and distribute aging reports to clients accurately and timely
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices
Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving billing discrepancies to maintain positive client relationships
Maintain database of all customer collection details and escalations
Assist in cash posting & offsets on customer accounts
Prepare and distribute accounts receivable reports bi-weekly to senior leadership, providing insights into outstanding balances, collection efforts, and escalation needs.
Process and keep track of all credits and refunds
General Ad-Hoc requests and various Accounts Receivable Projects

Qualifications

About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

1-3 years' Accounts Receivable experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of accounts receivables, methods, and practices
Strong MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and Excel skills (tables, formulas, pivots tables, Vlookups, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with drive for results
Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization and customers
Team player with motivated work ethic
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
