Description

The SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager is responsible for leading projects and developing operational efficiencies throughout Plastipak's SAP S/4HANA migration. You will partner with various business groups to minimize disruption and drive change management as we enable this migration. This is an on-site position at our Global Business & Technology Center in Plymouth, MI.

You Will:
Manage projects in the environment of S4/HANA.Guide the Key User community during S/4HANA migration.
Manage stakeholders and documentation for the Service, Order Management, Order Execution, MTS, and EWM processes. Additionally, provide conceptual support for process streams.
Document inefficiencies, process deviations, and degradations while identifying process improvements.
Coordinate testing and training activities, including preparation of technical specifications and test scripts.
Participate in S/4HANA workshops and provide technical guidance.

Maintain a high degree of knowledge/understanding of SAP technologies, business processes and solutions; keeping current with release levels and industry issues.

Collaborate with Plastipak business groups and Corporate IT. Acts as Subject Matter Expert for S/4HANA projects and on-going improvement initiatives following successful migration.

You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience in S/4HANA; migration experience preferred.10+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years of project leadership.

Experience in the following SAP modules:

Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Quality Management (QM).Proven ability to translate user requests into system solutions and functionality improvements.
