    Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business prospects, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our organization.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to meet company growth objectives.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint business possibilities and stay informed about industry trends.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to strengthen business prospects.
    • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Monitor and analyze key metrics in the sales pipeline, predict revenue, and ensure prompt follow-up on leads.
    • Proposal Creation: Develop and deliver convincing business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure unity and backing for business development projects.
    • Negotiation Skills: Engage in negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements.
    • Performance Assessment: Produce regular reports on business development activities and results for senior management. Use data analysis to spot trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Customer Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and quickly resolving any issues.
    • Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry gatherings to boost our brand and connect with potential clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the food manufacturing sector.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting business development goals and boosting revenue.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • High ethical standards and professionalism.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
