Overview:
The Correspondence/Imaging Representative will be responsible for processing documents such as invoices, Proof of Deliveries, client provided invoices, dispute notices and other forms of correspondence as requested by an internal request or external request.
The representative will analyze documents in order to process in the correct manner. Facilitates processes and associate workflow while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.Answers inquiries and resolves issues, updating department records or systems accordingly, in alignment with service standards and businessThis is a hybrid position after 90 days of employment.
Once hybrid it will require working from the office 3 days a week and 2 days of working from home.
