For past over 8 years, working as VP, Engineering with LendingClub - a FinTech leader and pioneer in the p2p lending marketplace. 

 As Vice President of Engineering at LendingClub, I built and led a global technology team of 70+ software engineers, architects, managers, and directors—while working across the organization to define corporate strategies, priorities, and resource allocation. A core strength of my organization is a customer-first culture that drives corporate and client growth. My teams have a reputation for collaboration—not only with each other, but across business units that span Business, Product, Data Science, Operations, and Design. 

My career highlights include: 

▪ Leading LendingClub’s system back-end integrations with multiple partners and vendors that included Experian, TransUnion, LendingTree, Credit Karma, Shaw, FIS, Five9, and Fiserv. 

▪ Assuming full leadership to course-correct and successfully deliver the company’s largest ever technology project—a $25M+ loan servicing initiative that included a transfer of nearly 2M loans from in-house to a 3rd-party vendor. 

▪ Delivering a highly scalable microservice platform that prepared the company for the next stage of business growth. 

▪ Partnering with other engineering leaders to successfully drive the entire infrastructure migration to AWS cloud. 

▪ Serving as a founding member of my company’s Auction Trading Platform, which yielded 50 bps higher than those on a non-LCX platform—and drove ~$1B in revenue growth.
