- Develop & execute activities involving continuous improvement tools, analysis of product irregularities, recommending solutions & facilitating cost down initiatives related to improving product costs. These duties would include training & instruction of appropriate team member's day-to-day floor support Assist in identifying unacceptable performance through analysis and acquired technical knowledge (including waste/cost reduction).

Primary Purpose of Position:
Lead, develop & maintain equipment modifications to comply with all safety, environmental & other regulatory compliances.
This position will also lead the development, implementation & continuous improvements of maintenance strategies & work management systems in the Maintenance Shop, delivering safe, cost effective & reliable equipment performance to ensure operational safety, cost control; reliability & production targets are met or exceeded.
