    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Portfolio Analytics team is responsible for generating investment performance reports for high net worth and institutional clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

    • Create standard and ad-hoc investment performance reports for various stakeholders, such as senior management and portfolio managers.
    • Reconcile, analyze, and update investment performance information across different applications.
    • Respond to inquiries about investment performance methodology and reporting.
    • Ensure timely correction of inaccurate data.
    • Meet deliverables accurately and on time, following established procedures and policies.
    • Maintain compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and necessary documentation.
    • Assess data quality and availability.
    • Independently work on analytical projects and provide support to team members.

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Understanding of investment management industry, equity and fixed income markets, and industry benchmarks.
    • Experience with performance reporting, accounting, and analytic systems (e.g., FirstRate, FactSet PA, FactSet SPAR).
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledge of GIPS.
    • Strong project management skills, ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate cross-functionally.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Preferred experience with SQL, Python, VBA.

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

    • 2-3 years in investment performance reporting and accounting.
    • Preferably hold CFA, CAIA, or CIPM designation, or be progressing towards one.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent work experience.
