Our team is seeking a seasoned communications professional who possesses excellent writing and oral communication skills, client management experience, and a strong network of relationships with the media to join us as a Vice President in our Washington D.C.

office.

_What You Will Be Doing:
_

Running multiple client engagements and projects from concept to execution for the communications team and crossteam accounts
Developing and maintaining key client relationships
Setting strategic vision and tactical plans for client engagements, projects, and content
Overseeing content creation including review, edit, and providing feedback on materials from junior staff
Building and maintaining media relationships
Owning the business development process from brainstorm to completion for crossteam proposals
Developing leads for additional work with existing clients and new projects

_What We Are Looking For:
_

10+ years of experience in a lead communications role either inhouse, agency, political campaign, government or consultancy environment
A strong track record for managing highprofile, multifaceted projects/campaigns
Ability to manage clients and client teams
Strong network of media relationships with the desire to continue to build relationships with the media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A creative, energetic, detailoriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit

The salary range for this role is $130, ,000.

Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days.
