    What We Are Seeking:

    We are in search of a dynamic and highly effective product manager to spearhead the enhancement of our home search feature. This role entails ensuring a top-notch search experience that resonates with users. The chosen candidate will be dedicated to simplifying and expediting the process of finding the perfect home for our users. Key responsibilities include optimizing the search bar functionality, search results page, and filters to offer users the most user-friendly and valuable search tools. A solid grasp of consumer search behavior and best practices in user experience is essential for this role.

    This position is based in Washington, DC and presents the following hybrid onsite/remote schedule:

    • 4 days onsite
    • 1 day remote

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Shape and oversee the product roadmap for the organization
    • Lead feature development throughout the entire process, from drafting user stories to prioritizing releases, maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, and preparing release notes
    • Influence and steer the product roadmap for your designated product area
    • Utilize data to identify product opportunities and assess outcomes to determine future improvements
    • Engage with customers to validate product feature concepts and contribute to the product roadmap and strategy

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the digital realm, showcasing a successful track record of delivering cutting-edge products and solutions
    • 5+ years of experience overseeing the development of digital content products that support a search feature
    • Experience in defining and elaborating on product requirements and launching products/functionality upgrades to meet customer requirements
    • Collaborated with development teams to prioritize features using an agile-scrum approach
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in creating wireframes and mock-ups to visually communicate and inspire product concepts
    • Familiarity with content management systems and editorial workflows
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, non-profit university or college
    • A proven history of dedication to previous employers

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • 8+ years of Product Management experience in the digital sector, with a track record of delivering industry-leading products and solutions
    • 8+ years of experience overseeing the development of digital content products that support a search feature
    • Knowledge of Residential Real Estate industry
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
