    Description

    Overview:

    PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST (VOPS

    Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program management support/analyses to the Computing Infrastructure (CI) program team at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

    Responsibilities:

    Job duties include but are not limited to:

    • Provide program and project management support to CI programs and projects as assigned
    • Assis the Government with programs documentation control repository.
    • Maintain programs inventory/1149s.
    • Track and update Action Items for the program.
    • Develop and maintain the programs confluence systems.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business or Science
    • Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs
    • Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis
    • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
    • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

    Physical Demands:

    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
    • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
    • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

    SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
