    Description

    The preferred candidate should possess expertise in architectural processes across all phases of development, from conceptualization through documentation and construction. They should demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective task management, and a high level of proficiency in both design and technical aspects. The role necessitates critical thinking, efficient communication, and collaboration within a deadline-oriented, multidisciplinary environment. Candidates should excel in multitasking, exhibit self-motivation, and recognize when additional input is necessary.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive project experience spanning programming, design, ADA and building code compliance, MEP coordination, permitting, technical drafting, FFE selection, submittal and RFI review, and project finalization.
    • At least 5 years of professional proficiency with Revit and BIM 360.
    • Competence in Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, and other essential technical tools relevant to the projects.
    • Possession of a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
    • Experience with workplace and/or retail projects is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with large-scale, adaptive reuse projects for government agencies is beneficial.
    • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and professional certifications such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC is preferred.
