    WHO WE'RE SEARCHING FOR: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive, enthusiastic, sharp, ambitious, and career-driven Architectural Designer to join our renowned and award-winning design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers and clients to comprehend their requirements and collectively develop visual solutions that align with their objectives.

    We are looking for someone who is resourceful, excels at problem-solving, and can efficiently manage their workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.

    The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities.

    HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

    • Creating sketches, 3D renderings, technical drawings, and millwork
    • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
    • Excellent understanding of millwork manufacturing processes and materials
    • Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions for design challenges
    • Evaluating and selecting materials for each project
    • Passion for fostering team unity and nurturing a robust culture
    • Being hungry for achievement and service
    • An affinity for design and a dedication to exceeding our clients' expectations
    • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to design projects
    • Supporting the design team in proposal development and presentations
    • Assisting with various design and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
    • Developing detailed design specifications and materials lists
    • Researching design trends and best practices
    • Adapting to evolving project requirements and design trends
    • Strong organizational skills and an obsession with precision
    • Occasional travel may be necessary for specific design projects
    • Exercising a high level of discretion and maintaining confidentiality

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • A strong grasp of design principles and architectural best practices
    • Efficiently handle pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Work effectively both as part of a team and independently
    • Proficiency with Google Workplace & tools
    • High standards for detail and discretion
