    ABOUT THE ROLE

    This position will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams and will work under the direction of a licensed architect.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities.
    • Performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, & Enscape.
    • Developing procurement & construction documents.
    • Conducting materials & code research.
    • Assisting in coordination of engineering systems with engineers.
    • Assisting in Construction Administration.
    • Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models.
    • Collaborating on BIM model management with team of architects, engineers & consultants.
    • Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Bluebeam.
    • Attending field site inspections.
    ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
    • Must have 3 years' experience in the following areas:
      • Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for healthcare facilities.

    The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage as well as flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
