- Provides clinical leadership; directs and leads the patient care team to provide meaningful clinical and operational performance information to key stakeholders.
- Supervises, coaches, and develops his/her direct reports as well as influences and helps in the development of other patient care and clinical personnel.
- Works with Managing Director to create clinical schedules/templates that both optimize patient journey and best utilize clinical staff
- Master's degree in Nursing, licensed NP or Registered Nursing degree is required.
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more RN's, MA's or both in women's services, OB/GYN, labor and delivery, and/or infertility experience with a superior track record of growth and multi-site management, is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in IVF is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service and team building.
- Strong project management skills including accountability and deadline management.
- Proficient with EMR systems.

We are actively interviewing for a Director of Clinical Operations, who will be overseeing the details of our practice clinical operations for IVF treatment including patient care and customer service. This individual will have both IVF and leadership experience and will establish systems and protocol to maximize effective relationships among sites to assure a fully integrated patient care and nursing team member experience. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and departmental managers to ensure effective communication required for optimal patient care.
