    From foundational backend systems to innovative user interfaces, we are dedicated to rapid prototyping and data-driven decision-making.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in engineering team management
    • 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience
    • 3+ years of experience in designing and scaling systems
    • 8+ years of experience in developing web services across multiple tiers
    • Strong knowledge of engineering practices for full software development lifecycle
    • Experience collaborating with product management teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and senior leadership
    • Experience in team management, mentoring, and improving software engineers' skills
