    Description

    Join our team at Corebridge Financial, Inc. as a Senior Benefit Analyst reporting to the Director of U.S. Employee Benefits. In this role, you'll dive deep into analysis and reporting for health and welfare plans, group insurance, retiree benefit plans, and more. This position operates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the company's benefit programs are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.

    Responsibilities and Projects

    • Provide insightful analysis of benefit data to drive decision-making and program enhancements.
    • Support annual benefit reviews and regulatory reporting.
    • Participate in program design and evaluation to maintain competitiveness.
    • Negotiate benefit rates and contracts with vendors.
    • Monitor claims experience and costs.
    • Stay informed about legislation affecting employee benefits.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Develop new reporting and metrics as programs evolve.
    • This role is based in NY, TX, TN.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • Goal-driven with a customer service focus and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Experience in project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Familiarity with Workday and HRIS systems.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum seven years of HR experience, focusing on employee health benefits and more.

    This position offers a competitive salary range of $77,200 - $138,900 with bonus eligibility. A range of benefits are available, reflecting our commitment to our employees.
